At Festival of Trains, we understand that the growth of the hobby is paramount. We've often heard the criticism that train shows have lost their sense of fun, and we are determined to change that perception.
Our goal is to provide attendees with more than just an opportunity to buy and admire model trains. We want to create an engaging experience where they can actively participate in train-related activities, both with other enthusiasts and with their children.
To attract crowds, we offer two exciting train rides. The first is the beloved Thomas the Tank ride, which is always free for everyone to ride. The second is a set of hand-pedal cars that can accommodate adults as well. These rides not only bring joy but also add an extra dimension to our show.
In addition to the train rides, we have a large play area dedicated to children. Wooden trains await their imaginations, and as they play, they will be treated to episodes of the original Thomas the Tank Engine. We will also set up a games area where families can enjoy railroad-themed games together.
While we are still finalizing our complete lineup, we can promise exciting door prizes for our attendees. Each item will revolve around promoting the hobby and its enjoyment.
As we continue to grow, we have plans to expand to more cities in the coming months. But for now, we invite you to join us at Festival of Trains in Oklahoma on April 13-14.
